Basic Query of Records.

Your sales person would start with this view.

Any individual company or person can be instantly found by clicking on Find/Add (Find or Add a record).

The most used instant finds are Company, Person, Telephone and e-mail.

To Query the system for ALL scheduled call backs or follow ups, the sales person would click on the work Query, along the second level menu bar.
