SM4 - Basic Query of Records
The system will find the records that match the query and bring the first one up on the screen.
This can be ordered by company name or follow up date.
(You may use multiple sessions in SM4. That means you could, now, also open a full, un queried list. You could switch between the two as needed).
The arrows are showing you that the colors on the screen all mean something.
Bright Red means that there is something on these screens. For this client, everything is red, which means:
If there was nothing you would see this color red
The Acct Status and Next Action are blue and brown respectively. This is to let the sales person, see, immediately why this record came up for follow up.
To update this record the user would click on EDIT |
